1 - Return conditions
Thank you for shopping at Adrion.
Due to our sales policies, all products listed on Adrion are well described with details and photos to maintain a high quality service. We are also very careful during the delivery process, but if you are not satisfied with your purchase at BLUNAVI, we are here to help you.
You have 48 hours to return an item from the time you receive it. Buyer is eligible for a return/refund if one of the following conditions is met:
- The item has different details or features than those described on our site;
- The item is damaged or not working properly;
- The delivery (shipping) time was longer than the time specified on our website;
We only accept items for return that meet all of the criteria below:
- Your item must have the receipt or proof of purchase at Adrion;
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it;
- Your item must be in its original packaging;
The item may have its own warranty details in which case you have additional protection as specified therein.
2 - Refunds
Upon your request, we will collect the item from your location and then we will check if the item meets the above return/refund conditions. We will then notify you immediately of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund (including shipping costs) to your original payment method. This procedure can take up to two working days not including delays from your bank.
If your case was not eligible for a return/refund then you must pay all shipping costs during this process.
3 - Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges of one item for another.
However, if you have purchased an item within 48 hours and agreed with our customer support center then you can exchange your item for a similar item but different size, color, etc. only if the new item does not exceed the original price. In this case, additional shipping costs may apply.
